The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 最后的结案陈词说得人心沸腾，政府并不能代表国家本身，国家真正做主的应是人民本身。抛开电影回到反战这个点，美国人反战反的是他们的士兵与钱财在战争中受损而非战争的本身，这大家都知道的吧，毕竟“the whole world is watching”。
众星云集飙戏飙得舒畅爆了，摄影和剪辑把这个老套的真实故事又玩出了一些新意，虽然最后还是主旋律了一把lol，片长限制每个角色只能在有限的时间里刻画所以都不太深刻，反映出的时代，台词我都很喜欢，总体上呈。

一次取巧，它宣扬的，不过如此。很多技巧都太典型，以至于我拒绝被它洗脑。

这是一个历史的书笺，插在60年代的「The whole world is watching」，又体认美国当前的政治局势进行表达。虽然长达两个小时但富于技巧性的拍摄手法和节奏感甚佳的剧本却不会让人疲倦，注意力始终能集中在这个很密的法廷故事之中，而演员各自精彩的表演将电影焊接得更有凝聚感。索金是想把抗议与审判，以及每个人的背景都挤进去，所以有时会让人觉得很仓促。
对美国的很多制度都不是很了解，通过这部电影又可以知晓一二，小雀斑看着不言不语的，最后开始念名字终于高光。另一位主演对汤姆·海登的评价没有错，是真正的爱国者。
太阳底下没有新鲜事，过去发生的未来还会发生。人性如此。

艾伦索金的政治倾向真是个迷……而我已经对这种要做爱不要作战的口号式表面热血完全无感了。
哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，对不起，我不该笑是嘛，恩？这不是荒诞现实主义喜剧嘛
密集喷薄的台词所带来的并不是语言的力量，反倒是凸显出一种沟通的无力感和无效化。话语中的理性再大声亦是听而不闻，偶尔嘀咕的情绪性再小声也会被准确捕捉，事实不再由话语的真伪决定，而取决于人数多少。语言不再是交流的介质，从权利变成了权力，变成了立场的工具。“黑场”的处理也由此生出了一种“说这么多也没用，索性不说了”的感觉，大家来拼口号跟行动吧，毕竟The Whole World is Watching——一种公道自在人心的理想和信任。
Aaron Sorkin的剧本好扎实，节奏、笑料、人物成长方方面面都照顾到，还要强力输出观点，即使套路依然想跪。“与我的国家对我的蔑视相比，我对它的蔑视不值一提。”Keep reading James Baldwin,take the streets,the whole world is watching!
三星半，两个小时审判不知觉间过去很剑拔弩张比较喜欢前段尤其第一场审判。

工整之余灵感乍现，而且非常好看。“你是在蔑视你的GOV吗？”“比起我的GOV对我的蔑视，我的蔑视不值一提。”

相當精彩的劇本和調度,角色設計立體演員也非常出色,由頭至尾相當緊湊,當中不乏很多精彩對白和對於社會上的批判,在此段時間播出,無論在美國或者是對此相當熟悉的香港,真是別有一番體會,Give me a moment, would you, friend? I've never been on trail for my thoughts before
