The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很一般，恐怖片里的平庸之作，但是烂片太多，这部还算及格。
看预告片就行了，吓人的镜头全在预告片里……
虽不信佛但尊敬加上国人电影有文化认同感所以带来的惊悚和不适感远比外国宗教恐怖高

還是忍不住感嘆，台灣藉由民俗文化、宮廟文化，已經打造出風格化和辨識度極高的恐怖片了。

很好，模仿痕迹太重。小演员没有镜头感，太强了
打破第四面墙的伪纪录恐怖片。从开始的无聊到后半段的灵异，会让人蛮割裂的。
后半段那个visual trick真太绝了，吓得不敢睁眼，但就算闭眼都能看到那个符
笑死了，你拍成这样，也有触犯到电影的禁忌噢🙄
話雖如此，片子開頭的氣氛營造的很好，視覺詭計、穿插的符號與暗示也滿有趣的。
友邻的评论里有认为电影的成功是建立在病毒式营销上的，但是作为大陆观众的我根本没看过相关广告，只知道它是台湾近期的高口碑恐怖片，以一个普通观众的来看，我真的认为电影拍得很不错，虽然伪纪录片形式没贯彻到底，但氛围还是到位了；
还好后几个字不认识。
和去年那个《灵媒》优点互补一下会成为近几年恐怖最佳，但确实有点疲劳伪纪录形式了。
不用去推敲合理性，只要跟著故事，享受就好。迷信跟愛情、政治一樣，都是一種抽象但又非常具有吸引力的信仰。
开头在家里那段比较恐怖，后面的邪教部分我是真的无感。
3.5吧，睡醒补写一下：重要的问题在于剪辑，从一开始就会让观众由于双线叙事而会产生跳戏感。这种在游戏中可以通过章节来解决，但是在电影里突兀感还是很重。好就好在对于气氛的塑造相对于是给足了的，包括一些镜头，在华语恐怖片里都算得上突出。女主的逻辑线虽然不够清晰，但很好地扮演了一个东亚母亲。归根结底，恐怖的是原生家庭，逃不开的是东亚母亲，鬼母人母，都是东亚母。说生就生，说养就养，说献祭就献祭，说救就救，说爱就爱。
