剧情推进太平淡，女主演技太拉垮，看完唯一的想法是又想拍胶片了
前面恋爱部分太短了，导致后面男主对变老的女主的爱完全支撑不住，不过，对于日剧该有的都有了。
甜度不足，刀子有余，故事俗套，却不够感动
故事就是普通的死人纯爱，比我预期的好看很多。虽然前半段女主的演技让我有点摸不着头脑，但后半段对早衰症和亲情部分的刻画还是让我哭得不行。岛的演技进步好多，夸夸！就是全程出现的樱花树cg真的很莫名其妙…
岛的演技真的有很大进步，继续修炼接更好的本子吧！要实现梦想啊kenty！(虽然剧情比较老套但是我的泪点就长在生离死别上😢)
够狗血 够牛 剧情不断产生的撕裂感有点让人摸不着头脑但是中岛健人进步挺大 五星鼓励
恭喜岛又演了一部不上不下的片。不过这个结局其实比想象中的烂大街版本要好一些，人生总有一些遗憾和错过……

最后男生没有认出女生
赶在首映日看完了kenty的这部电影，觉得剧情真的很符合这个标题，如樱花一般美好的爱情，如樱花花期短暂一般的恋人。结局其实有猜到，但真正看到晴人痛哭的时候还是好难过，听完片尾曲更悲了。。
感觉中岛健人演技还是有一定进步，剧情就很狗血了

还是很动人，虽然出彩的两段感情是高光，免不了难以拯救一些状态不佳。
能想象得到剧情，但是还是意料之外的从中间哭到结尾。很多地方都有哭点，虐得好久才回过神来。中岛老师几个情绪爆发点都代入得很深，沉浸进去了
你能完美猜中下一个镜头，下一句台词，下一个情节，但还会想要看下去。

早衰症，又是罕见病。开头很美好，最后看的好难受。
中岛老师的表现倒是不错，不过松本穗香的演技还是太糟糕，为了角色扮老的努力让我也不忍心说重话，可能天真活泼这一类角色真的很难演吧。全场最喜欢的还是桜井ユキ，伊藤ゴロー的配乐有加分。
