The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 虽然故事讲明白了，但是略显无聊，不够吸引人。
合家欢类儿童片，狗狗很可爱，但是有些镜头失真。
整体故事框架很简单，一种裹挟的骑士精神以及终究自我觉醒的认知。朦胧的画面，梦幻的氛围，穿梭于草原丛林，有种古典童话的既视感。加上缓和画面，慢节奏，是奇幻文艺片的定位。
硬生生弄成了玄幻传奇，不过意境过得去，还有巨型GROOT举着大斧子要砍主角的头，场面活可以。
精华在结尾，走马灯一般的回顾一生正是死亡的征兆，但在主角解开绿腰带的那一刻，剧情升华了。
文学性很强，缺乏相关历史/宗教知识看得吃力。暴力突然，情绪太多了，编排好像没有编排。
What's the meaning of this film?
有勇气直面死亡才是真正的骑士精神。苟且于世，浑浑噩噩，活得再久也没有意义。
重点在路上，让我想起中国的古代神话故事，第一个想到的是《倩女幽魂》，都是考验。
单就电影而言，我只喜欢它的荒诞不经和中世纪欧洲的布景

低齡兒童向，典型的美式套路。如果不是被困在斷電斷網的雪夜，大概率是看不下去的。

除了美工，其他没看出啥好的。色调过暗，看的难受，节奏拖沓，乏善可陈。
很难不被作者的赤诚所打动，是弟弟与哥哥的漫长告别，曾经的双头导演 现在仅剩一位，叫人唏嘘。黑白部分优于彩色部分，火车段落尤为好，但还是没法忽视转彩色之后的些许断裂感…
太美，拖沓得都这么美。最后竟然是《基督最后的诱惑》那样的寓言。die a knight or live a coward. 中世纪电影就应该拍成这样吧。
1.本片有着强烈断头情结，看完后我脖子好累。
还不错，有点以前《101斑点狗》的节奏，喜剧，后面也是遇到坏人要捉狗。结构虽然老，但是挺可爱的，带小孩看的童话电影，挺好的。
很老派的影像和处理方式，也很私人化的故事。但一定要拍出这个故事的心是电影最令人动容之处。
