The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 尽管方中信的反转有些生硬，但还是比较符合客观。主要是策反了女死者的父亲。
政商勾结的普通故事，方大状诛心阴招让其反目。#陈家乐也老了
演员这块，除了鲍起静、廖启智之外，曾江的气势也完全压制了方中信等人。
剧本整体是有港片味道的，尤其对于看过《律政强人》的来说，本剧一直被调侃为律政强人的影版后续，只不过，张强仍在，与其对决的却不是KC了。
中规中矩的剧情，还好有几个香港老演员撑场，整体感觉还可以。追求和捍卫正义公理需要的不仅仅是信念和智慧，还要有金钱和权力的支持。贴近现实，引人深思。
公义要靠非法手段实现，每个人都为实现公义付出代价，这是法制的悲哀，公义与法制间矛盾这种早已拍滥的题材，依然一直有人拍，而这种对法制的不信任，试问又是因何而成？
很难相信，曾经英美法系最注重珍贵的程序正义的香港，最终选择了这个解决方案。可见，真的是，末法时代了。 学法的人一声叹息。
感觉像没有高潮，就很平缓的叙事，最后感觉还是资本家的胜利，如果不是有钱的爸爸，真要制裁有钱权的人，估计真会像隔壁沉默的真相那样惨烈吧，害
所以最后赢得公理是因为有钱…看到一群老面孔真好…
方中信还是一样棒👍🏻一部靠演技撑起来的电影，让原本略显粗糙的剧本，变幻出了紧凑的节奏。老戏骨们看着就是舒心。
有钱人杀了人，怕影响选举，嫁祸给穷人，最终正义凌然战胜污浊贿赂的故事。演员一级，故事没级，老套剧情，粗糙拍摄，有点可惜。
凶案本身不明不白的，死者这种身份经历的女性会当公子哥的小三?或是电影背景介绍不够，一字未提正氏。是否强奸从尸检检不出来吗?其它剧情就看律师玩游戏了。
