很像Melissa McCarthy2018年前的那部《趴体生活》，要再找到另重人生意义的主角去体验学生生活，与年龄不符的长不大行径和与新时代的脱节成为大多数笑点的来源——角色境遇看来让人觉得有些“可怜”，但整个故事力图创造的感觉良好又让人感觉“很可”。插曲有意思，堪称千禧年Candy Pop热单大竞技 （Mandy Moore姐姐的Candy！）——尽管很多时候的故事情节让人觉得是在照搬那个时间段的大势青春片，原封不动地在快二十年后重新来遍，毫无创新之势。但努力塑形本身已是激励的Rebel Wilson，还有整个能保持欢笑的演出阵容也算功过相抵，快乐一下就好。
