The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 给小孩子看，估计还算不错，但是剧情有显得复杂了。
冒死送的却是致命的病毒，来消灭全物种的，和现在的新冠怎么这么相似？
也还好，故事简单，对待战争死亡的刻画也很到位，活着并不是得到自由。
女儿是艾德生存和努力的终极方向和目标，这部电影告诉我们，人如果失去目标就会迷茫，迷茫就会乱想，乱想就会乱做，然后产生一些不好的后果！
薛定谔的敌人，敌人连脸都没露过，全是白衣服，到底敌人是谁，滑冰穿越禁区送去核武器，结果最后还是引爆同归于尽了，那万物灭亡了么，说不通。
故事线一团乱麻，要复仇还是截镖反派都没想清楚，剧情在刻意为之的打打杀杀与硬性煽情之中打转，一个儿童主角始终贯彻着成事不足败事有余的聒噪，实在笑不出来，白白浪费了《骁》的存在。
不错，影片比想象的好。故事虽然简单，但最终呈现效果都还不错。可惜差了个齐天大圣或哪吒那样的IP，在传播上吃了很大的亏。
说实话，完全不清楚讲的啥，没背景，好空洞，就是运送东西，后来发现这个东西能毁灭全人类，然后带着这东西自爆了，不知道想说明啥
前半部分悬念迭起，后半部分轻松预测盒饭顺序。毫无悬念
画面设计还是不错的，配音也很符合角色性格。
这种片子赶紧死透吧，艹。
这电影居然只给这么低的分？女主演技真的没话说，剧情也很棒，我就给五颗星，把分数拉一拉！
画面氛围非常出色，但却揭示了一可怕的规律，母爱天性，权利也是天性，为此可以带来毁灭。本来是给五星的，因为电影是在歌颂一个可怕的女人，母亲的觉醒是因为母爱的私愤。人类真的可以发生这种悲剧，一种摧毁人类的疫情来自各种天性的欲望。
故事情节虽然有点儿老套，但还是能让你坚持看下去，有种“中国功夫熊猫”的既视感，动画效果还不错。
前半部分还不错，尤其是冰上行动的部分，后面有点太浅白了
不会被弱智评分左右的。节奏、真实感堪比“红海”，很优秀！特别是北欧独有的冰上镜头，震撼人心
不理解和不知道为什么的地方，那个上尉怎么到处都在？被枪打了也在是为什么？
一个不好彩的上尉 一个想结婚的士兵 一个犟眼子大胡子 一个天真的小伙子 一个神秘的中尉 一个疯狂的母亲！黄昏照耀下的无尽冰层真美…. 无数镶嵌在冰层里的尸体让人心悸……
最后一场戏，来一个大爆炸不好吗，摧毁整个基地
