剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     没看懂时，几次因为男主为赎女主花的钱不值，几次因女主还离开他感到气愤到关掉。心想男主为什么还爱她啊！ 但这就是为什么人的爱如此脆弱。剧中男主的爱，映射着神爱我们的方式。神重金将我们从罪中赎回，以恒久忍耐，不强求的爱来爱我们，等着我们回转。所以非基督徒可能觉得男主的爱很不真实，世上哪有这么好的男主。这恰恰说明了世上任何一个人的爱，都不及神爱我们的万分之一。

    谁能想到，这片今年有了续集。除了继续吐槽美国政治、全球疫情和极端天气之外，还有奥运会、007的上映、美军从阿富汗撤军、《鱿鱼游戏》的火爆、有钱人的太空游戏、扎克伯格的元宇宙等等。我还是最喜欢英国蠢白人和美国虚伪蠢白人这两个角色（图2、图3），塑造得十分形象，蠢得特别好笑。笑归笑，人类社会的分裂愈加严重是不容忽视的，也似乎是无能为力的。这部伪纪录片可以和《不要抬头》搭配一起看，差不多一个风格。
