The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 很精彩的法庭戏，剪辑十分紧凑，审判时刻的“简短”陈词，燃点和泪点并存，激动人心。科恩这个激进嬉皮士角色很是抢眼。
《美国之耻》。
前半段看得有点闷，但整体看完看下来就是两个字：凌厉。
Very well orchestrated, 但是太 煽 了。这样的剧本，如果对它有满分的信念，又为什么要剪辑和音乐助力呢。
没有停顿、甚至没有转场，几把椅子，几件衣服，仅凭借着灯光，十几个演员一人分饰多角，演出了一万人的故事。
应景是一回事，但如果艾伦索金最拿手的台词没有起到作用，那么他就会显得相当平庸，结尾强起的bgm印证了这种无力。除了萨沙的艾比霍夫曼外人物都颇单薄。“把一件事情说明白了”可算不上什么像样的标准。

总体中上，剪辑凌乱，输入密集，想要表达的太多太多了
网飞这个片子真的让人蛮失望的。
这里也有左翼生存的空间吗？键政口嗨就好，街头闹事会影响三代考公的。这里不仅有民事、刑事、行政诉讼，还有政治审判（暴论）。

历史中发生过的事件，重演过的、近些年又上演的...只是吧不同的对待方式，能让人看见其中的各不同。有的政治审判，还让人看见还有一丝光，还吐露过真相...有的连审判都没有，政治与权力就是审判...这是与我们不同的时代，不同的世界。
他们没有审查吗？
黑豹党那条细流和越战大背景的穿插得神乎其技，不然灯光只打在这七个人身上的时候就太像中产知识分子垄断的幻梦了。群像精彩，索金一再示范什么台词是功能性台词，什么台词是蛊惑人心。
