The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication.     作为看过原著的，不太接受这版的改编，缺乏古典含蓄之美，尤其是主人公那种挣扎压抑没有体现，女主表情一直积极乐观，还带有戏谑的意味，只想说这不是Anne，更像是傲慢与偏见里面的女主，其他角色也是外露的脸谱化的表演，太过现代的拍摄手法和台词脚本，就仿佛在看一部舞台剧而不是电影。
