The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一眼望得到头的剧情，如果说单纯做成悬疑剧我觉得还不够，可是一部优秀的作品，故事性仅仅是构成分数的一部分。这部电影揭示的主题很好，特别是后半部分，明明知道剧情的走向，可是你作为一个局外人，还是会为这些改变热血沸腾。幡然醒悟的何止是印度，我觉得应该反思的是所有的观影人，我们所在的社会还有多少需要进步的空间，我们为之努力了多少。
剧情比较老套，配乐也是一惊一乍的，反正你会比主角先猜到下一步会是什么样的剧情！全程都是快进看的！ 用电影反应社会问题，这一点还行吧
只有桑婆的演技很棒，剧本有些潦草，每一步都在预知范围，结局收尾仓促
比起弱点，桑爪更应该借这个片拿奥斯卡。估计是公司没好好操作。

话题尖锐，但节奏太慢了，在女性议题之外还想加入新闻伦理、网络暴力之类的话题，但都蜻蜓点水，反倒冲淡了主题，完全没必要加。
我以为剧情会是，通过制造轰动为自己寻求正义完成复仇，没想到会是，通过制造轰动以求改变立法和体制，为所有女性寻求正义施以保护。格局大开。结尾的统计触目惊心，泣血的哭嚎可曾有人听到？为何要把女性逼到如此地步？印度已经开始觉醒，而我们还在被捂嘴，此途漫漫，看不到终点。
这种冲奥片感觉十年前就已经不拍了……虽然主题是几个家庭的彼此救赎吧，但是处理得这么温吞碎片也是……闪回也是太多，最后的结局更是收尾很硬，没有她的上部作品让我觉得有力道了。
