这一部更深的主题是“接纳”吧，接纳自己的不完美，理解每一份普通都是非凡的存在。如同风间在入学申请中写的，阿呆正男妮妮小新，每个人在他看来都是很棒的小朋友，每个人都有属于自己闪光的一面。
这部质量终于回春，情节设定人物都很有小新味。
