新版麦克白变成了麦克黑。每一帧的构图、用光都无可挑剔，视觉效果实在牛逼，没得个技术奖项有点说不过去。奥斯卡影帝和影后妥妥沦为道具人，成了剧本和摄影的陪衬。
3.5星。虽然极简的黑白影像很有个性，但整体观影过程仍然感觉电影是对舞台剧的简单移植。电影本身的力量可能来自于莎翁戏剧文本的力量，除此之外过于简单粗暴的淡出转场，造成了荧幕特有的代入感和共情感缺位。表演上佳，但不统一，割裂感较重。有的戏剧性风格很严重，有的则电影生活化。总而言之，这部片子像是扛着摄像机摄录了一部不错的舞台剧。
麦克白的悲剧，重点放在“悲剧”二字上。基本上在黑白光影中将暗处的悲剧呈现出来，阴暗是绝对的黑，偶尔侧身时似乎还有光。大段大段体现矛盾心理的台词，给眼睛“窒息”感，很精彩、很累。极简黑白风又像杂志插画，略显刻意了。

丹泽尔·华盛顿老了，演不了《伸冤人》、《时空线索》和《迫在眉稍》那样的大作了，开始转变戏路演这种小成本话剧电影。黑白片让人看的很无趣，不过摄影拯救了一切，至少镜头不晃，但是仍然看的我很困。三星给丹泽尔·华盛顿，一星给影片的制作及摄影

传统的麦克白的故事，导致就没啥新意…总体的演技感觉都ok，但是限于剧本都没什么出彩的，倒是整个场景构图非常克制又有新意。
绝妙的视觉风格，感觉把黑白光影运用到了极致，呈现的效果超越了一般意义上的复古。但同时也几乎放弃了对原作的任何解读，感觉就像是用影像的形式看了一版set design极其出色但文本保守演绎也没有态度的话剧。
與其吃力不討好地仿古，拍成科恩兄弟擅長的黑色喜劇不是更有意思嗎？

质感很棒啊，这部电影通过独特的光影和场景将现实感剥离，像是一场很华丽的舞台剧，镜头构图很绝。
被摄影惊艳了两分钟，然后越来越无聊，黑白影像+极简线条+聚焦打光只是加重了舞台感啊，而且为什么丹泽尔的演技越看越生硬
Expressionist set. Unsettling witch. New character Ross as the third murderer.
照搬罢了，即使配上了顶级的演员和绝妙的摄影，精巧的置景，这依然是照搬。
女配真是几句台词和几个肢体动作就秒了Denzel Wanshington和Frances McDormand
