The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 就想起来一句影视评论人毛尖在毒叔脱口秀讲过，“中国电影走过一百多年，左翼电影千辛万苦把清白的良心还给了底层，然后一百年不到，我们的影视作品又把心机和穷人、天真和富人进行了连接”。
不恐怖，但烧脑。几个人讲故事，直至真相浮出水面。剧情还行，有反转。小孩从悬崖上掉下来，竟然还没死？还被救了。
故事编的还算可以，就是手法，演员是个很大短板
这剧本很棒啊，就是演员演技青涩了些，但是真的很惊喜了。
网大加一星。
又看了部烂片，无语，怎么谢锦时帅时丑的....
一棵沉默的大树，会让人幻觉没有攻击性只剩风和摇晃的树叶。更喜欢原作。
烦透了讲有钱人的故事，有钱人善良，穷人不知好歹
很喜欢原作小说但是这个拍得实在是有点……莫名其妙
完全算得上一部合格的作品。每个故事都在说狐妖，其实整个故事都是人在作祟。道是鬼神也不恐怖，人心可怖，升米恩斗米仇。农夫与蛇，村民与谢家。胡子道义，官兵如匪，钱财买命。可怜可悲可叹。
做的相对好的地方一是整体采用罗生门的叙事手法，最终回归人性，这是本片的高明之处；再者客栈百姓变羊那块，应该是借鉴了《千与千寻》和《新龙门客栈》，只是惊悚度没到我的预期
15年后再次上演的一幕小赚几滴泪，别的没啥了
有道是：
大家演的都不错，就是情节发展没有新意，各种典型凑在一起，看了开头就能想到接下来的一切
太致郁了...看的我心里堵了很久...
因为知道没有真的妖魔鬼怪，所以看他们胡扯的过程就很无聊。
虽然我是冲着别人剪辑的妖魔片段来的，这部分很失望，但是编剧关于善与恶的延续解读还是挺新颖的。
因为字幕结束后的彩蛋多给一颗星，这个世界从来不缺被农夫拯救的蛇
还不错，罗生门的叙事结构，层层抽丝剥茧，最后看到人性的丑陋！
国产恐怖片也可以戴着镣铐跳稍微有点水平的舞，但太多巨人肩膀上的影子了。
