The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 西安疫情lockdown，楼下大喇叭里“请大家保持距离 防止交叉感染” 萦绕不停。面前荧幕里的人们高歌“I’m an islander. I’m an islander.”眼睛里是不容忽视的、充满生命力的光。会好的，我坚信。
题材本身为音乐剧加成不少，耐听度我觉得一般般
911事件发生时。几十架飞机迫降纽芬兰岛。
看过现场，重看官摄还是很激动。记忆全部都回来了。有几个演员是发福了啊😂
可以说是 more than perfect
它在有限的演员身上安放两三个角色，配合简单的道具，从而塑造不同的群像，搭建出丰富的场景，但又并不让观众觉得混乱，很多简单的转场效果极佳。

二十周年，因疫情关停的十四个月，第一批重回百老汇的观众，和夭折的国内巡演...这一切都让人百感交集而在音乐响起那一刻落泪。即使在这样一个分裂的时代，也可以去相信人与生俱来的善意与爱的力量。Me and the sky依旧是最最最鼓舞人心的女性独唱

又是一部优秀的音乐剧，节奏轻快，感情真挚。
当生活被灾难按下了暂停键，内心的某些地方会变得不同，也许是感恩生活，也许是增加仇恨。没有人在灾难中一无所获。台上的演员高矮胖瘦都有，岛民和乘客身份随时切换，非常出彩。
除此之外，剧本本身对911事件给美国社会心理带来的各方面影响的刻画也是相对比较到位的。
感觉一般般吧，只有welcome to the rock比较好听。没有hamilton的前半部分好看。三星半
4.7 从头哭到尾 甚至不用什么情节触动 仅仅在这种人类共同体的氛围下无法抵挡去同感一场不可愈合的灾难的痛和人们相互取暖的温柔。/感染力好好 旋律还行 中东线和动物线好喜欢/这是我见过最不养闲人的剧组了
好看！音乐好听就不说了，一人分饰多角无缝转换身份就绝了！而且丝毫不会混乱。人性是——解除恐惧之后，本质全然美好。
