The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 有点幼儿版喜福会的感觉…小熊猫真的太太太萌了
講Asian story的方式已大大進步了 不過感性上來說我是不能想象一個典型東雅家庭存在這麼美式溫情的和解的。

东亚文化圈内有这样一种叛逆：小时候唯父母、老师命是从的好孩子长大了反而会更加激烈地反抗父母，而从小就不听话的坏学生反而会早早地过上循规蹈矩的生活。
“每个人都有很多面，有些面是杂乱无章的，重点不在于推开不好的，而是给它腾出空间，与它共存”
还是挺希望这样的片子有机会上院线的，不过看看眼下的疫情，可能越来越是奢望了。导演好年轻，内容里也有很多当下的表达，结尾要是更少些说教就更好啦。
好棒啊，虽然很显而易见的“变红熊猫”是关于13岁的青春发育，上一辈的人都是要克服性格的缺陷，这一辈的人变成了接受自己的不完美。亚洲家庭关系也依旧是延续《包宝宝》的主题，红色头发，变熊（猫），母女关系和解，其实也是延续了《勇敢传说》，不过整体观感都比《勇》要好……

咒语太洗脑了！
用熊猫代表本我的动物性，选华裔代表被压抑个性的群体，符号择取上有心思。红色、熊猫、竹林、旗袍、道场、祠堂、chinatown，中国元素使用得十分讨巧。最后一次仪式时粤语唱经声中渐入b-box，再叠加4-town的出场，可称神来之笔；同样让人拍手称赞的还有用首饰进行封印的构思。Pixar的创作人员应该都放飞了自己的red panda，才能每次都献出这么brilliant的创意；而中国的内容创作之所以如此疲软乏味，可能也是因为同样的原因——人不有趣，作品也难以有趣。
很可爱，也很青春，想起了以前那些叛逆的时代。
女孩儿的叛逆期，能拍出这么动人的故事，牛逼！
奇怪的片子，大部分时间觉得很无聊，可眼泪还是照流。
