The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事蛮有趣的，一度对于男主的行为感到愤怒，心想应该是隐藏线男主经历过什么，结果情感上并不是很能串联起来…
没看过原版，除了是杰克的个人秀，大概还有结尾那么点现实意义。
我说怎么越看越是一股熟悉的味道，原来是翻拍丹麦的那部。老吉的情绪张驰更大，感觉略微有点过头，但也正是老吉单人这丰富的情绪变化撑起一个半小时。
3-…看过原版的可以不看这部了，看翻拍远没有偶遇原版时那种小成本大震撼的感觉，而且也没有翻出新意来，增加的只是一些属于米国的杂乱感

如果原版是四星，那这部基本上完全翻拍的翻拍版也可以给到三星，杰克吉伦哈尔贡献了一次非常完美的表演。
美国版最大的不同在于结局，改动很大。丹麦版的结局是男主完成了自我心灵救赎，如释重负地走出了接线室，观众能够猜得到男主将会如何面对次日的审判，结局回味悠长，意味深长。而美国版则短平快（这是美国版翻拍电影的通病），更为直白，不给观众以自我遐想的空间
人物情感很扎实，但还是有一种“that’s it?” 的感觉
