剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     对于莎翁经典的再度演绎，这一版相较于影史上较为著名的奥逊威尔斯和黑泽明的版本，亮点在于黑白摄影和极简的服化道美术，以及更加具有舞台剧质感的表演和置景，所以这一部4：3的画幅更像是看了一场舞台剧。没想到导演是科恩兄弟的哥哥，出品方是影迷的老熟人厂牌A24。

    大体上还是那个熟悉的故事，作为改编并没有看到侧重点，强烈舞台剧风格和极简黑白摄影美感十足，角色冗长拗口的台词又很分散注意力，华盛顿的表演风格和其他人似乎有些格格不入，科恩兄首部独立导演的作品实在有点差强人意了。
