故事很简单但很长，静静看了一个小时后大概就知道是一场辩论赛，人生角度不一样，这是双面性事件，是否是强奸，可以是也可以不是，快进到最后看了结果，被判五年的感觉像是给女主申诉的回复而已，哪里又有公正⚖️
如果有国产版 名字应该叫《绿茶的忏悔》如果是法律系毕业论文 名字就叫《简单清晰的法律条文是如何在贞节牌坊的私欲下变绿茶的》 建议电影从业者之外圈层人士慎重观影 因为基本上是法国偏见人群政治平衡多年未果的烂番茄产物 莫名其妙 无病呻吟以及混淆视听和自我感动 尤其是女主的女性律师（不知从何而来 一开始分明是一位男律师）最后的结案陈词 让人深刻的感觉到对法国司法混乱程度的绝望 以及法国法律从业人员专业性的深度怀疑 心中有一万匹草泥马路过都不算 最清晰的感受就是 法兰西真是个出大煞笔的地方 可不能轻易去。另外男主他妈的证词听完后让人深度怀疑这老娘们儿是要上春晚诗朗诵吗？可见 从专业角度来说即便是如Charlotte 这样的老艺术家如果被框在一个莫名自恋随时准备上台扭秧歌的角色下也只能是0-9的沙雕。
法律和道德的正义不对等的时候，法律保护了哪一方？最后的辩论部分真的压抑又精彩～
太长了，支线情节太多了，看完之后竟然有点站男主，是先入为主的原因么🤔🤔🤔
这什么玩意儿？？？真得救老命了怎么会这么离谱啊？
这也许也是2202年的真实人世间，女性在这个男权社会里从来都是弱势的，她们的发声值得被所有人听到，而不是一味的被各种强权主义忽视。人性从来都是复杂的，我们每个人都很难了解完全一个人的所有侧面，但人的内心始终该有一把道德标尺，去衡量自己的所有行为，使之符合社会的标准。我们都应该严于律己，宽以待人，对任何人多一分同理心和包容心，才能尽可能避免这样的悲剧。
影片太长了，请再去除一小时废话和琐碎无意义的行政程序，重点需要更加突出，否则观众都看烦了，关于强奸案的庭审流程以及真实事件的闪回相互穿插此时会变的无足轻重，只剩厌烦
整体一般，过分的主旋律了让剧情显得毫无逻辑。正能量是没错的，强行喂饭还是会吃了吐的。相比之下，徐峥那段印象深一点，借鉴韦斯安德森的拍摄手法还学到了一些皮毛。片子拍的复古风趣，透过上海去复刻上个世纪的人情味道。其他的作品真的8行，不评价了，纯交作业罢了。
庭审环节，被害女性一遍又一遍回忆重复被性侵的细节，令人窒息，从精神到肉体都一丝不挂。用最文明的方式却也是最野蛮的方式，剥夺了女性最后一丝尊严。

结尾力道太小，也将导演左右摇摆的创作态度暴露无遗，法庭戏不错，但中后段便开始以此收束，让前面一小时塑造的各种人物意义甚微，割裂感太强，导演是甘斯布老公……我只能说才华能力确实有限呐。
还是喜欢奥特曼的特效多过于假面骑士，后者实在太玩具和花炮了。
「乘风」就像是吴京版的「亮剑」同人，「诗」是「我造火箭的父亲母亲」，精明的徐峥用「鸭先知」“致敬”了一把韦斯·安德森，沈腾再一次证明了在开心麻花眼中电影和小品差别不大。
女主潜意识里的认知 顺从是所有问题的最优解
多一颗星给徐铮的故事，就那个还不错！父辈并不意味着艰辛与苦难，沉重与担当。
2022年6月18日观看。这个社会问题看来不光是中国有，而是全球性的。该去斗争的对象不是男权而是皇权。是阶级斗争而不该是性别对立。
谁能想到故事会朝着大陆法系的经典庭审实录的方向一路到底呢，按我起初的会意，有巴尔扎克的文学积淀，表现上流社会的一地鸡毛，法国电影一向是很圆熟老道的，正因如此，有些套路一开始就特别明显，比如亚历山大的父亲吉恩玩弄天真实习生奎特丽的手法……可直到亚历山大和其母克莱尔、继父及克莱尔的继女米拉四人相聚的那个特温馨特温馨的场景，我突然预感八成要出事。那种彼此欣赏的初遇，那种意外的过于完美的关系，让当晚此后发生的一切变成了一把残忍的刀子。严格来说，这个电影的核心思想是在同一个法律框架下探讨不同文化对性的感知，阶层与移民双重复杂的法国社会，不可避免要发生撕裂，最终的结局只能是妥协的，一个似乎能让所有人都得到心理平衡的结果，但实际上正义与真相一样，是永远都得不到的东西。
电影拍得像广告，能不能不要再搞这种系列电影了...（看完只记得个鸭先知）
作为“国庆三部曲”的最后一部，本片在2021年国庆如约上映。和前作《我的我的祖国》《我和我的家乡》一样，本片分为四章故事，由四组人员分别摄制，不过这次导演则是四个故事的主演，期望给观众带来新的体验。《追风》抗战时期的白发英雄送黑发英雄的救国义举；《诗》中国首个人造地球卫星研发过程中平凡却又非凡的英雄之家；《鸭先知》上海改革开放以来首个电视广告的诞生及时代人民的奋斗史；《少年行》来自2050的AI穿越回2016弥补科技少年父亲缺失的遗憾。四个故事的共同特点就是结合了国与家的发展，革命与建设时期家的牺牲成就了国之柱石；改革开放以来国之富强又造就了家的幸福。不过四位业余导演的能力都还需要继续加油，可能因为时长原因几个故事都显得有点空洞，和前作几个小故事相比差距较大，有明显煽情倾向。
鸭先知的画面致敬十分舒适
