The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一部文艺的法国邪典影片，诙谐幽默大尺度又满满的讽刺了素食主义和肉食主义，任何一种极端都不是正确方向。
喜剧片的套路套上了惊悚片的外壳，直到结尾仍旧是喜剧，法式喜剧总是可以让人毫无防备的笑出声，翻译的非常本土化，尺度也是相当之大，心理承受能力强的值得一看。
大晚上跳着看完这么重口味的片子……法国人反讽一流。

对极端素食主义者的各种讽刺很到位，其实很难理解这些极端素食主义者，既然杀动物是杀生，那么杀植物也是杀生啊，应该众生平等啊！当然了，如果我能理解他们，那我不就极端了嘛！
