The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? sorkin真的是讨厌留白，密密麻麻中的明明白白，刚看完fred hampton的另一部片子，今年academy award居然还内部联动起来
金句台词、爽感、高频剪辑，索金的风格，在野心十足、自我挑战的《茉莉牌局》滑铁卢后，索金收敛了一些，这部就整得很好。结构特别工整，tom和abby两个角色完全是卡着点儿地在对立、撕逼、弥合、揭露、再弥合。。群像人物都各有各的锋芒，配上本身就令人热血沸腾的民权运动主题、nb配乐，整个人都热泪盈眶了。。。。不过法官的形象，似乎还是太脸谱化了一些，不知道历史中是否真的如此。。。画面整体似乎特地调成照度不足的样子，是在暗示ZZ的黑暗吗hhhhh
但尼克松连任说明了美国当时的真实情况
哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，对不起，我不该笑是嘛，恩？这不是荒诞现实主义喜剧嘛
最后一幕我整个人大哭，每一个人都值得被纪念。反抗无罪。
本来都担心要审美疲劳了，直到听见“Who started the riot? Our blood."这种台词，再次默默感慨，Sorkin还是好懂我的点... 后半程的模拟庭审戏剪辑非常出彩。
不过群众对抗体制的“二元论”类型片真的是完美戳我个人的G点
剧本真的赞，好电影就该是多元多视角两方理由让观众觉得都有道理的。看似疯癫的嬉皮士其实聪明克制，循规蹈矩的好学生却是骚乱源头心机深。也就美国有这种庭审，要在某地。。。。
艾伦索金的法庭戏真的好看，把原来史上一笔糊涂账拍的条理清晰，电影和现实交替剪辑的抗议戏最为震撼，现实永远比电影最为刺激

條理分明、不疾不徐的節奏，難得的一部不以聳動快閃的言詞及畫面來爭取認同的庭審辯證電影。
我以为庭审戏设计得太戏剧化了，结果竟然大部分都是在庭上真实发生的。
对话没有含金量，较量不精彩，制作水平中下，剧情拖沓。
