The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 没有戏剧冲突，没有任何夸张，扁平化、按照时间顺序，平淡地展开。可是，表面上看似波澜不惊，却处处反映着生活的艰辛、逼真，以及生命的美好、幽暗，以及盛放。这样拍电影其实很好的，关于电影的东西——情感、故事、生活、导演的立论，以及留给观众电影之外的思考，全有了，而且平静如水。
怀旧感满满的电影，非常侯麦。哎怀念曾经的豆瓣，怀念失去的美好过的时代。

一部很温暖文艺的片子，里面的人都好温柔，哪怕形容一个吃了睡睡了吃的女孩也是说像个婴儿，配乐超级棒！还有法国人没有不爱侯麦的吧？
Charlotte太美了我的天，什么男人会舍得离开这样的女人啊。这设定就不可能。
深夜电台，被拯救的小女孩，支持她的父亲，妈妈做的奶油焦糖和Joe dassin的歌，喜欢她的男生说出了喜欢的理由，搬家时她送给儿子自己的日记本，送给女儿女神雕像。她好温柔。

想象的生活与现实总是有差距，但我们还是依然热爱它！
平淡如水的电影，只是故事情节本身离我的生活太远，不然会更有共鸣
我们都是彼此生命中的过客，是永远不会忘记的夜旅人。
失眠的夜点开一半的时候决定快进看完。 真是一部不愠不火的片子。
比起儿子和少女那条线，更喜欢伊丽莎白的情感部分
