The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 而当记者提问的时候 嬉皮士的信念毫不嬉皮
顶到脑门儿的压迫感，句句申辩刻入灵魂。最令人惋惜的是电影的结尾，当观众不如角色般坦然面对获刑时，一反整部电影冷峻压抑的风格来了场热血狂欢，过于突然。对小雀斑的表演不是很满意，但这可能是由于戏骨聚众的关系。
最后一幕我整个人大哭，每一个人都值得被纪念。反抗无罪。
三星半。总体而言群戏还是不算出彩，几乎好的段落，是有意的凸出了个体，众人之间没有再形成一个好看的整体性的东西，当然这个整体也只是为了这个事件服务，庭审戏除了对白的来回之外，大多戏点都在藐视，这就是一种韩影式的处理方式了，反而那些游行，甚至接电话的女孩的戏被对比得更好看。这部电影对比艾伦索金之前的作品失去了一种精致机巧的美，原因是背后的这桩暴乱事件，也因为此事此事写就了全片最后的高潮戏。

如果说在这个背离真实的年代，有何可称之为良心的话，我想那只能是过去的发生过的良心——也即这部电影里重述的故事。
