男主所经营的天平仪器厂是本片最讽刺的一个设定，工厂上下的所有员工都以努力，平衡，忠诚为工作理念，巧舌如簧般的赋予了这个职业责任感。《好老板》是一部极具讽刺意味的影片，男主的扮演者将其身上唯利是图、衣冠禽兽的本质演绎得活灵活现。但是个人感觉这部影片没怎么有吸引人的地方，平淡无奇，没有想要看下去的欲望。
