The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 方方面面，从性与摄影，到现实与媒介，从看与被看，到神话与反神话的宿命，算是恐怖题材元电影对于媒介的一次比较出色的商业性解构了。

看得太恶心了，老年人还追求毛的性生活啊？反胃。
自从“不止是拍一部毛片，而是要拍一部电影”的RJ死了以后，本片也从一部“值得玩味的电影”滑落到普普通通的血浆虐杀片了，真想恶狠狠地收回所有在前半段给出的赞美阿~

我只看到的是一部自作聪明，毫无灵魂地进行借鉴的普通恐怖片
前半拍片部分比后面的猎杀要好，前后完全2部电影，通过一个神经病生硬的联系起来
3.5。比较好看。丛生着一股优雅而又诡异的危机感。
⒉本片其实可以分为三个部分，第一部分就是拍摄“爱情电影”，同时也为诡异恐怖气氛进行铺垫，不过总体还是轻松，很赏心悦目，高潮部分则是虐杀，虽然很幽暗，可各种手段让人大开眼界，但最恐怖的是老头老妪那一段，效果俱佳；
前段很惊喜，后段沦为普通虐杀片，其实走向完全可以更诡异点
