The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一个动画片的推理都比国内许多悬疑片做得好 还不反思反思吗？ 当然 还是欣赏不来蜡笔小新的黄和色
满分剧场版，大人小孩都要看！拒绝被打分定义人生，拒绝被精英教育禁锢思想。青春是铁面具、是恋爱、是闪闪发光、是自卑感、是后悔、是人情道义、是孤独、是狂欢，也是活在当下，去爱，去战斗，去努力，去面对自我的缺憾。搞不懂的事情通通叫做青春，爱自己，爱那些无意义的事物吧。无论是怎样的青春，都希望有一天可以笑着回忆。
全片都在为最后10分钟营造氛围，其他时间充斥着低级趣味的恶搞。

如果说之前的蜡笔小新只不过是一个喜剧系列，那么这部对于现实的关注明显比以往要多太多了，毕竟人生价值从来都不是单一的东西。
