讲述大耳朵图图从顽皮捣蛋人见人愁到乖巧懂事为他人着想的转变。曾经以恶作剧为乐，趁其他小朋友午睡的时候偷偷在他们脸上画画、在家乱扔玩具把妈妈绊倒……恶作剧让小朋友们和图图的爸妈都非常生气，却又不知如何是好。而牛爷爷牛魔王的出现却让图图妈发掘进行改变，在牛爷爷的影响下一开始弄巧成拙到最后霸王龙小分队都以让人开心快乐的恶作剧为目的，去关爱空巢老人给老爷爷老奶奶们送去关爱带来欢声笑语，霸王龙小分队的成员们逐渐成长为真正懂事的快乐小孩。
