剧情倒是真如片名般顺滑，所以戏剧冲突也始终保持在安全区内，没什么波澜的治愈片。圣丹斯确是偏爱这种电影，但相比之前真是大幅下滑入围标准，至少《我和厄尔及将死女孩》后就再也没看到相同水平的作品。

打发时间、叙事平淡的，但却突出了对弱者的爱和关心。更像《成长的烦恼》毕业版。
电影中最喜欢的一个场景是男主对女主的未婚夫说“I’m a dumb kid”，一瞬间就get到导演想表达的东西，就像电影海报说的“爱上一个人很容易，成长很难”

而因影片产生的现实性的争执，更便是影片中恐怖凝视的现实感应。

说实话 不知所云 但是年轻的时候有一段冲动成熟的恋爱就还挺值的
挺舒服的节奏，本来天气太热挺烦躁的，看着看着就平静了下来，女主很有苏菲玛索年轻时的那种惊人的欲感
看不懂想要说啥，只觉得男女主都好渣，男的有情人还和女主暧昧，和同学doi，女主也很浪荡，一出场说话就觉得这女的很sao，果不其然，有未婚夫还和男主乱搞，w？t？f？
节奏色调都很舒服。最后探讨的感情观和人生观也有被打动和共鸣。男孩介于幼稚和成熟间的成长转折和被迫体悟。
清新、温柔、治愈，一切都那么恰到好处地舒适，非常符合圣丹斯的口味。为弟弟的初吻献上良策，却在自己的爱情里不知所措。远走他乡大概盲目，从家中独立一定是大男孩长成的选择。那些惬意的摇摆、善意的举动、热忱的微笑和止不住的泪水，都在以最不具杀伤力的方式柔软地修饰着那段美好的时光…
