记录式镜头观感很好，也很让人犯困，以至于前半段我都在半梦半醒间。但一旦理解了蒙太奇连接的洞与老人，片子顿时变得有意思了。然而我理解的洞穴探索者是“自然不敬的闯入者”，被片尾说探洞是伟大创举的文字推翻了，我又蒙了
幸亏在电影院看的，导演完全站在自然那一边，非人视角和高音量的背景音 黑白那一段向上探索有些刻意。人类的探索和生命都是Nothing happens at the end. That's it.
本精神探洞爱好者看得非常满足！唯一不爽是座位后面有两个女生在影片播放中一直在说话，出片尾字幕的时候听了下其中一个女生在给另一个女生科普这种伪纪录片的去冲突的拍摄手法，确实比我专业，但影片放映时请闭嘴保持安静！@三里屯

看完像和自然一起做了场冥想，山里的雾在银幕上像是被罩出细小网格。牛铃铛在山里的回荡环绕在前两次徒步中体验过，真的太舒服了😭只是这次去的影院椅背挡视线真的难受

没有解说，没有常规的套路，情节在这部片子像是多余的。静静地慢慢地看着一群人探索这个最大的洞穴。生老病死，自然更替，需要耐心观赏。
苏神nb，不过剧本还是差了点，而且国语有点出戏了。纪录片应该会更动人
其实是非常享受的体验，跟随镜头一直向地心深处探寻
作为华语片，立意很难得，完全聚焦于个体与母子关系。影片里的“跑”基本等同于《岁月神偷》里的“顶”，仍是港人坚守的狮子山精神。后半段才真正有了现实困境，明显好看多了。故事关于人的尊严，关于自我寻找。妈妈不接受怜悯，让儿子通过跑步赢取尊严，后来，还是不得不屈服于现实。另一边，儿子也在觉醒。对教练，是否定强化短板的练习方法；对妈妈，是拒绝让理想变质。但从现实角度，倒是妈妈一直跑在前面。
纪录片形式的电影，几乎没什么对白，大量的空镜头，把洞穴探险和人的生命结合在一起，给观众留下无尽的思考。
总感觉如果只是讲这些道理，未必太浅了些
