The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 不管怎样，配乐以及霓虹摄影我挺喜欢的。但回到故事本身，全黑人阵容很难不让人想象是在影射什么。但要明白，这是恐怖片，不是文艺片。

6/10。可以看到许多乔丹皮尔的影子。优缺点都很明显，不直面死亡而采用多角度侧写加强了电影感。黑女最后召唤糖果人杀死白人警察，联系到现实情景，可以说是出了口恶气（但电影的社会性过于直白，或者直接剪辑真实新闻来摆明檄文属性）。铺垫长了些，没有糖果，生理刺激少，蜂巢的黑人社区比喻可以更明显。
