中规中矩的法庭片，片尾男主独白比较令人出戏，不过也只能这样了，毕竟普通香港人拿李嘉诚等大地产商没办法啊。

其实节奏还可以，但整体看下来，就是中规中矩的一部作品。

智叔太可惜了。电影3.5分，妥妥的网剧质感，。
总的来说剧情还是太平了，没有太多的惊喜度，也没有太多律师之间的博弈感。
有点老套，在各种题材各个角度都被电影拍过的情况下，如何能推陈出新呢？
