The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 混乱的剧情：最开始以为是鬼屋题材，中段女主被囚禁储物间反复出现十字架以为是宗教片，到了最后女主看了奶奶笔记怀念亲情反杀、传承奶奶的苹果黄油手艺，才发现是家庭片。不过结尾奶奶的笔记明显是错的，苹果坏一处实际整个苹果都有影响，最好不吃，而不是切掉坏的继续吃。
切断苹果坏的一部分，剩下的依然是好苹果。一个关于反杀的故事。

太难看了，怎么会这么难看……而且也不好笑，我呆坐两小时就为了看这……漂亮老婆都没法救这电影了
成本确实够小，剧情足够紧凑，但也没有什么新意，凑合看吧

野心很大但杂烩完很片儿汤，看完很空虚，烂到掉坑的烂梗我还是笑得要死。
现在回头看，无论是否因为疫情所致，流媒体对电影带来的变革，还是存在很多积极意义的！

网飞出的此类电影真的是美国网大，只不过明星多，所以可以看，然后看完再骂它烂。
