剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up.     8.5/10 2021年看过最好的美国电影，甚至不用加之一，是血统纯正的美国片。保罗施拉德让人敬佩，重复的拍着同一种电影、写着同一类主人公。依然是机械学的，单管镜的，心理现实主义，剧作无懈可击，导演异常沉稳，无误的精确度与恰当的适配性，几乎抹去了调度上本应揭示的若干导演意图性，控制力被隐去，用最小主义的调度，排除任何拟情或共情的可能。片尾主人公同样迎来了自己的恩宠时刻，一如American Gigolo和Light Sleeper那样 (即使追根溯源这来自布列松的启示)。虽早已不是第一次看施拉德的电影，但每当看他的新片时还是会叹服这般作者意志。
